Remaining National Games Openings |
|
As of April 29, the only remaining opening is in U19 Girls and U19 Boys.
For all other divisions, we will accept entries for the waiting list.
In either case, follow the directions below.

Forms will only be accepted by mail or commercial delivery service, e.g., FedEx, UPS.
In order for a form to be accepted, all of the following are required:

- Completion of this form with the RC signature.
- A regional check for $400 made out to "AYSO National Games 2006"
- Mail or ship the completed form and check to the proper registrar listed below.

Entry priority will be determined by receipt date. In the event multiple forms are received on the same
day, a draw will determine the order of priority.
|
|
Successful regions will be contacted by phone and email as their entries are accepted.
|
|
